RimaginAItion brings together deep experience in leadership development, coaching, organizational transformation, and AI enablement. We support organizations that want to move beyond AI experimentation and build a stronger foundation for confident, effective, and sustainable use of AI.
We provide strategic guidance, practical learning formats, and hands-on coaching that help leaders and teams understand where AI creates value, how to apply it in meaningful ways, and how to integrate it into everyday work. The founders
Richard Butler
Enterprise organizational consultant, author, and business-optimization expert with over 25 years of management experience, having led complex transformations and agile transitions at BOSCH, Ericsson, Ford, Deutsche Telekom, and Siemens.
A pioneer in AI training since 2022, he focuses on the systemic aspects of responsible AI adoption and is co-author of “Leading in the Age of AI.”
Manfred Becking
Organizational-transformation expert and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0) with thirty years of experience across IT project, program, and line functions, focused on organizational and process design.
He played a key role in the agile transformation of Deutsche Telekom IT and co-created the German-speaking DACH-SAFe-Treff community.
Jörg Nitschmann
Certified AI-Native Trainer and OKR Master, co-author of “Leading in the Age of AI,” with over 25 years of leadership experience at Deutsche Telekom guiding transformations and strategic change.
He helps companies establish AI not as an isolated technology but as an integral part of leadership, decision-making, and value creation.

Organisationsberater, Autor und Experte für Geschäftsoptimierung mit über 25 Jahren Managementerfahrung; er hat komplexe Transformationen und agile Übergänge bei BOSCH, Ericsson, Ford, Deutscher Telekom und Siemens geleitet.
Seit 2022 Vorreiter im KI-Training mit Fokus auf die systemischen Aspekte verantwortungsvoller KI-Einführung und Mitautor von „Leading in the Age of AI“.
